Fightclub Challenge is a personal development and boxing program designed to help men unlock their full potential. Over a course of 10 weeks, you will learn the art of boxing, develop a resilient mindset, and work on personal development skills, such as leadership and influence. The program culminates in a Fight Night, where you'll showcase everything you've learned.

The Fightclub Challenge is open to all men who are looking to challenge themselves, improve their physical fitness, and work towards personal growth. Prior boxing experience is not required as our program caters to all skill levels.

The program consists of four blocks, focusing on boxing skills and personal development. The first three blocks, two weeks each, cover footwork, striking, defence, and the self development workshops. The final four-week block combines these skills, introduces sparring, and prepares our fighters for the exciting Fight Night.

Fightclub Challenge is based in the southeast suburbs, currently in Endeavour Hills, Victoria. The exact address and directions to our facility will be provided once you've registered your interest and have been invited to our FCC Experience Workshop (prior to signing up).

Absolutely! The Fightclub Challenge is designed to accommodate men of all skill levels. Whether you're a complete novice or have some boxing experience, our program will help you develop your skills and physical fitness.

The program is structured in four blocks of training over the course of 10 weeks. Each block builds on the skills learned in the previous block, covering everything from footwork and balance to striking and self-defence. At the end of the program, you'll participate in a Fight Night to showcase everything you've learned.

Fight Night is the grand finale of the 10-week program, marking the end of the journey and the start of a new, vibrant, and confident life. It's a memorable event where Fighters showcase what they've learned during the program, facing off with an evenly-matched opponent in front of their friends and family.

While it is beneficial to have a base level of fitness, you don't need to be in peak physical condition to join. The program is designed to build your fitness and boxing skills from the ground up. However, due to the physical demands of the program, we recommend that you have clearance from a healthcare provider if you have any concerns about your health or physical ability.

Yes, our coaches are there to guide you every step of the way. In addition, you'll also be part of a supportive and motivating community of participants who are on the same journey as you.

Other than being over 18 years of age, there is no specific age limit for joining the Fightclub Challenge. However, it's important that you are in good health and physically able to participate in our training program.

Upon joining Fightclub you will be provided with standard training gear at no extra cost. This includes, hand wraps, mouth guard, towel, and custom-made workout clothes. Once we reach Block 3 of FCC, we will ask you to bring your own boxing gloves.
